Tony Moon

Since 2013, Tony Moon, Project Secretary and Trustee of the Rhondda Tunnel Society, has been doing a small amount of paid work each spring for RPL (Railway Paths Ltd.) carrying out routine inspections of structures (bridges, culverts, tunnels) that RPL owns in Wales and SW England. Most of those structures are on cycle routes which form part of the National Cycle Network. Tony does annual checks but they receive detailed periodic examinations.
